• Oranges.

• If you live or spend time in areas where Timothy grass is prevalent and notice seasonal allergy symptoms.
• If over-the-counter allergy treatments are not effective.
• If you have asthma that seems to worsen seasonally, correlating with grass pollination.

• Stay indoors on days when the pollen count is high, especially on windy days or in the morning.
• Keep windows closed during the pollen season to prevent pollen from entering indoors.
